another smithsonian and a newseum

warning... many photos of the air and space museum ahead... okay, maybe not so many - i took a lot for me and culled most for you. a brilliant museum to visit.

see... pluto is still a planet. just a very, very small one.

proof i actually visited the smithsonians. ha! i wanted to be an astronaut when i was 11, this is as close as i will ever get since at the age of 12 i realised how much science and maths would be required.

more proof. reflective surfaces are my friend when travelling solo.

then it was on to the newseum - i spent hours here. amazing stuff.

west side of the berlin wall....

east side... it was amazing how much this and the supporting images moved me. i remember watching it come down in '89.

the speed of communication technology changing.

there are heaps of newspapers (funnily enough) and here's a couple of front pages. get here if you can, i loved the newseum.
